🚫For far too long women have been kicked out of the weights room and sent to the studio and fed lies about light weights and cardio will make you toned. They are told that lifting anything over 2kg will make them bulky and manly and to just do more reps... STOP FALLING FOR IT!
At One2One Fitness we have created an environment for women to thrive, a fully private facility with a training structure to suit everyone regardless to their goals. No one staring, no one cares what you wear, just a group of like minded women having fun, training hard and improving together.
Whether you are a seasoned gym bunny or a complete beginner we will be able to tailor every session to make sure you get the exercise selection and weight specific to your current level. You will be shown how to execute every excerice with perfect technique and allowed to progress weight/movement when the time is right.
If you currently aren't squatting, deadlifting, hip thrusting, pulling, pushing and lunging you aren't in the right gym and you are seriously limiting your potential. We have a passion for helping women get stronger, fitter and more comfortable in their own skin and love that we can all have a good laugh along the way.
